There are bunch of cool ideas, but I'd rather distant myself from the word "free", because using Codeberg might be free, but maintaining it is not. So I prefer pushing towards building open culture spirit. Here are my suggestions:
"A Step Towards Open Culture"
"The tip of the Open Culture"
