@TimWardCam@c.im @robpumphrey@mastodonapp.uk I'm not sure the kind of commenters Rob is discussing can tell the difference between a chocolate teapot and a segregated well swept lane that I'd be prepared to use 😃 (ed: my poorly constructed point being that to Those Sort Of People all cycle lanes are the same and mandatory)

@TimWardCam@c.im Highway code rule 140: Do not drive or park in a cycle lane marked by a broken white line unless it is unavoidable. Rule 238: Double yellow lines indicate a prohibition of waiting at any time even if there are no upright signs. 2 minutes to go before the no loading restrictions are lifted. The solid white line on the other side of the road is a stop line for a traffic light, so also parked in a dangerous location (within 10m of a junction). (Rule 243) I guess taxi drivers are exempt from all of that.
