We like them stewed in blackcurrant juice - which really be Kir, but I don't drink alcohol.
It's seriously nice!
You may get some of these small figs drop off - don't worry about that. Equally some may overwinter to become fruit next year.
Do NOT feed the plant, you risk losing all the fruit if you do.

@MikeFromLFE@cupoftea.social - I have a friend who has one that has never borne fruit. This one (in contrast with his) has a very restricted root run that I think accounts for the difference. Stewed in blackcurrant juice sounds wonderful!
