@f_o_tistic@autistics.life For both a design artist and a tattooist, you must look at their portfolio and see if their work looks like what you want. Any serious artist for hire has a portfolio you can view with no pressure or commitment. Look up tattoo shops in your area and their websites.
As to the price, it will vary _widely_ depending on how booked up the artist is. Best bet is to find an artist you like, and an example from their portfolio, and ask “about how much for a design like this, in the size I want?”
