Forgot to update: saffron/sour cherry is easily the best sourdough I have ever baked. I should have taken photos. I baked 2 loaves and both were completely gone within a day. Glad to have shared them with the queer climbing fam (also, seems like it really helps to have a bribe of baked goods when I need volunteers for tabling)

@psistarpsiii@tacobelllabs.net that sounds tasty! I love to eat sourdough, and hope someday to start making it. Right now, I'd likely forget my starter in the fridge for a month and kill it before making a second batch.
