  Hey well-researched trans sisters (and any relevant MDs on here), I’m struggling here: I’m pretty sure I’m perimenopausal. I’ve been on oral contraceptives continuously for 20 years. Never used to experience ANY cycling. But now? What the fuck. I get bad migraines once a month. I’m cranky. All my tendons are angery. But I don’t bleed. Why am I cycling despite consistent dosing of estrogen and progesterone???

  Something I’ve learned: it’s usually better to just let men be wrong at work. Especially if they are very insistent and they’re more invested in the outcome than I am. It’s easier not fighting them.

  Hey Fedi, please boost until this finds an answer. I have a group text with some uncles & cousins and periodically someone gets kicked off inadvertently and their texts only go out individually and they may not even SEE group texts. When it was just happening to my uncles and dad, I thought it was boomers accidentally technology. But now it’s affecting my cousin as well so I’m wondering. Any idea why this happens or what to do?

  If you are Really, Really Good at navigating the disaster that is the US healthcare system, you have your shit together to the degree that maybe you can keep someone else’s shit together too, you are OK making a lot of phone calls and being stupidly assertive and following up aggressively, and you are interested in a very part time personal assistant thing where you can work remotely - let’s talk. Esp if you’re in a marginalized group the US is currently fucking over.
