This weekend’s experimental sourdough is saffron cherry. Let’s see how this turns out.
I usually bring the second loaf to work, but not this time.

Forgot to update: saffron/sour cherry is easily the best sourdough I have ever baked. I should have taken photos. I baked 2 loaves and both were completely gone within a day. Glad to have shared them with the queer climbing fam (also, seems like it really helps to have a bribe of baked goods when I need volunteers for tabling)
