@feinschmeckergarten@norden.social @Broadfork@mastodon.green I see the onion starts of the northern part of German will have a slow start this season. We have a big season for numbers of onions, shallots, and leeks. The eating, fermenting, and sharing is balanced. We included more of them in fermented Indonesia Rempah and also dried them plain to freeze and add to recipes.
