If you&#39;re making a video and you want people to watch it, please please don&#39;t use an AI-generated thumbnail 😞 AI images scream &quot;This is worthless slop&quot; louder than anything else. People who might have enjoyed your video may skip it completely because they think the content will be slop too. If you&#39;re making a real video, use a real thumbnail from the video itself. Staying genuine tells people what the video is really like, and connects you to your audience. #Videos #AI

@FediThing@social.chinwag.org But what if I use a synthetic avatar to maintain my anonymity, replacing my real voice with a synthetic one for the very same reason? Showing your real face and using your real voice might not always be a good idea, especially when you're talking about anything political from a radical leftist perspective.
