@FediThing@social.chinwag.org But what if I use a synthetic avatar to maintain my anonymity, replacing my real voice with a synthetic one for the very same reason? Showing your real face and using your real voice might not always be a good idea, especially when you're talking about anything political from a radical leftist perspective.

@LordCaramac@discordian.social Maybe just do a voiceover with a synthetic voice generator? These have been around for decades, AI isn't required for that. There are also live CGI avatars and filters you can use which have been around for decades, these don't require AI either.
