Hi #vegan friends 🌱 I have a huge can of jackfruit in brine that I’m hoping to use up in at least five different ways. Please send me your favorite (and hopefully failproof) recipes! Extra bonus points for any Mexican carnitas recipes, because I’m going out to get a few teleras at my local tienda later. I also have an Instant Pot available to use. Thank you!

@agnes@pdx.social I was typing a dessert recipe to share with you until I made an Internet search and realized that Jackfruit and Soursop are actually not the same thing. This is unrelated to your question, but have you ever tasted Soursop? Does it taste similar to Jackfruit? They look very similar on the inside and outside.
