I hear people, even people that are ostensibly liberal, sometimes say shit about how "diversity, equity, and inclusion" was resulting in black people being given jobs we didn't earn.
What's funny about that is that I was always far more qualified than white peers, yet less compensated. I wasn't the only one.
Everywhere I looked, black people were more qualified, had to work more hours, and yet still got treated far worse than other people that I saw in the same positions.

Besides, let's look at it rationally. If unearned jobs were just being farmed out to black people, then shouldn't that have translated into some type of measurable outcome? We have numbers for this. Let's take a look at the wealth gap...
