  Welp, it has been a little over one year since my partner first tried linux after a lifetime of windows use (and once telling me that she would definitely never be a linux person).   So, I've had a t-rex figurine on a shelf above my desk for the last year or so. Earlier today, with absolutely no warning, it fell down, did a barrel roll, and landed on its feet directly in front of my keyboard, looking right at me. I applauded. I feel like this is a sign, but I'm not sure of what.
