@Ananas@jorts.horse i remember something about someone punished for unspeakable crimes with a donkey in the 1700s, donkey had a trial, exonerated because they could not find evidence of complicity
and now writing it out makes me wish that was made up.

@Ananas@jorts.horse oh yeah it was france in 1750 i forgot that it took character witnesses on the donkey's defense team to prove his innocence jacques was burned at the stake though. sorry this got dark.
