@nomdeb@mstdn.social @OddJob@beige.party There are simplified universal remotes to eliminate extra features. Maybe that’s a better approach - just delete the problem.

@FeloniousPunk@beige.party @OddJob@beige.party I was thinking that, and I believe she has one, but she insists on switching back and forth between her voice control and remote and is very resistant to learning new tools. :( So my hope was (if OT is correct type of professional) to have someone in who could recommend a simplified system for her and teach her how to use it. Family has lost patience. ;)
