@vikki@know.me.uk Nope, didn't get anything. But I was moving house at the time - I had a mail redirect, and I updated the bank as soon as I moved, but its possible that's the cause. I pointed out to them that they hadn't notified me about a fundamental change in the terms and they basically didn't give a crap, so that's customer service for you.

@steve@mastodon.nexusuk.org Well yes, they have not got the greatest customer service. All the free business banking with low hassle to get setup is app based these days so your rooted phone might be a big issue there if you want 'free'.
