Note that the chart doesn't say anything about who is doing the mansplaining.
It does say "to a woman", so there could be a double standard on that end, but that is further clarified in the text.

Existence of reasonable situations (manager, teacher, etc) is covered in the interview text, but the point of the chart is to stand alone, right? It's great on the clear cases, but "probably" for the ones where context matters feels prejudicial. Driven by background prevalence, of course, but seems to me you should be able to switch F M and the principles still be sound... that one feels ropey
