@foon@mastodon.social oh given the history I’m not sure I would agree. The baguette had to be brought back and the Tradition is different than some of what it competes with

@dimsumthinking@mastodon.social yeah in all honesty I agree with you. I think the bread is very good here today, but there are still a lot of under-represented styles.
