It’s becoming not merely a crisis, but a catastrophe, IMO. People keep telling me that the NDIS situation is worse. I think it’s only a matter of time before Support at Home is regarded as a scandal of similar magnitude.

I am grandfathered, having been in the system before 12 September 2024, so I am protected from some but not all of this.

@treleanor@aus.social I agree. Due to an instruction from on high the Dept is trying to build the car while it’s driving, with predictable results.
