I am grandfathered, having been in the system before 12 September 2024, so I am protected from some but not all of this.

@treleanor@aus.social Was in CHSP not a package so not grandfathered. Definitely worse off as transport help by Belconnen Community Service was wonderful. 14 days notice and drivers took you right into hospital, dentist etc building and met you inside after. Now have an annual Cabcharge, which is useful but harder for me to manage. I sometimes need support to get around, so have to pay the staff hours to collect, accompany and return. And book 28 days in advance. Definitely worse off. If my modest savings increase my contribution increase and have cut back on help I had before.
