@Maes_Matt@toot.community @defaultmediatransmitter@social.bitwig.community @Cognessence@social.linux.pizza in 95 on the ‘tri repetour’ we played loads of pubs, one of them was ramsgate or margate I can’t rem, and there was just one pub table with 3 people sat there who’d come for the gig, with regulars sat elsewhere just really confused Most appreciative 3 people we’ve ever played to though

There's been more than one occasion where we've looked up to just see the soundperson in the distance on their phone and not another soul. Although my favourite was one I always share with Robert when someone shouted "WELL THAT WAS BORING" as the last note rang out in a virtually empty pub in Cardiff.

And I recall talking to others about it as well and they had similar stories being booked to do surreal jobs. Once I was asked to warm up for Rednex. At least that is somewhat (?) relevant to my genre...somewhat..sort of..kinda..
