That's true. Sometimes it's hard to pinpoint exactly why it's so different, but that doesn't mean there isn't a problem. Let's start with a very simple example.
You can easily and effortlessly identify which characters belong to ZZZ 1.0. Whereas if you take a look at the 3.0 characters, people would have trouble telling whether or not they’re from Genshin.
They’ve even changed the designs of characters they’d already defined to make them more fantasy-like (and more cleavage).

That urban aesthetic was what made ZZZ unique, and I have to admit, that’s what drew me to it. Belle/Rin’s design is awesome. The Cunning Hares’ design is the very definition of ZZZ. Zhu Yuan’s tactical police gear with touches of British police style. Miyabi’s group, all sporting that “office” style mixed with “samurai” (it looks better than it sounds). Etc... That aesthetic in the characters of 3.0.
