@Mehrad there are certainly implementation problems. I notice a solution was found for bombs.
Leaving aside that the Iranian security forces may best people to death because they can, rather than anything more specific, Starlink is perhaps more visible and attributable than some devices. But a definite route into a network.

@Photo55 I believe, at best, some cross-border i2p and/ or tor connection would be useful, mainly because it is relatively hard for authorities to track packets within these networks. This way the people operating such connections will out of harm's way.
