I don&#39;t have one at present but in the past I&#39;ve connected to university and healthcare systems through something of that sort. If I wanted to take back running my email server, I think I&#39;d need to VPN to a server. Others have other uses.

Perhaps more sensible to provide a #free #ration, probably quite small. The standing charge remains a problem. Purpose-designed electric vehicles, a charging network, electricity supplies. And then people who make money from what is burned, and people who write about ICEVs, and people who&#39;ve always built ICEVs pushed back.
