His own Ministry of Telecommunications is the one who have blocked the internet. He cannot cry wolf when he is the one letting wolf take the herd. If he cannot stand against the corrupt part (assuming he is not corrupt himself), he should simply abide by his own promise during election and resign.
For many, if not the absolute majority, reform and revolutionary are two sides of the same corrupt coin.
I'm sorry for my reaction. This is hitting very close to home for me.

@Mehrad You have a much better perspective than I do to make those broad judgments about Pezeshkian; I can only point to the few bits of info that I see. The Rudaw source also quotes #SattarHashemi, Minister of ICT: "fair access to the internet is the right of all people". Is it actually the Ministry of ICT who controls the key internet nodes in a practical sense, not the #SupremeNationalSecurityCouncil (of which Pezeshkian is a member)? @NyxKai
