This thought came about after I saw a young lady ask a stranger across the aisle for help opening up a container. There was just something so simple and lovely about that interaction.

@EmpyClaw YES. On a super-frigid day these guys noticed I dropped a glove, I picked it up & held up my mismatched pair and smiled, and they both held up their mismatched pairs. A fun interaction. And when I described it to neighbor who takes bus but not that far, well, 3 weeks later the other glove was in my driveway because neighbor had seen it walkin' the dog and when the snow melted, it was still there so she returned it that way ;) GOOD THIGNS HAPPEN when people interact -- not deeply, but warmly.
