Apparently the .de DNS Zone is having an outage, can anybody confirm this?

@simon_m@infosec.exchange my ISP's DNS replies with SERVFAIL if I ask it for bild.de but if I ask the authoritative NSes (dig +trace) then bild.de resolves fine
