@getkirby I keep whining about this because it actually hurts to see this with a product that you rely on when the support has been great once. It really feels like being robbed from a great experience.

@bastianallgeier @getkirby Yeah, Gumroad did the same a year ago, and six months later they dropped it out, now support works as usual. You can expect Paddle support to get back where it was, and better. Unfortunately, whoever falls in AI hype will pay some price.
