@MarkAsser@beige.party If you apply in person in Washington DC in a particular time frame, you’ll get a passport with Trump’s face on it. If you apply for a passport or passport renewal anywhere in the US at any time from last November to an indefinite point in the future, and you’re a trans person who has legally changed gender markers on all your other documents, you will get a passport showing only your assigned sex at birth, and thus will be at risk of greater violence and mistreatment whenever you need to use your passport. That is pretty grotesque, too.
