@Photo55 @franklinlopez People get to work on tap-taps (small buses made from pickups with extended benches). Operators do not have the money to just dump their petrol/diesel tap-taps for... what are you suggesting, solar-powered buses? Or if you're suggesting buses with batteries that need to be charged... there are developed nations that haven't rolled out the infrastructure for that yet, let alone one of the poorest countries on Earth in the middle of the state failing. #Haiti
