The study comprised one 5-hour visit per week for 5 weeks. You would show up, pee in a cup (we were asked to refrain from certain drugs for a minimum amount of time before each session), and they would take baseline readings of your pulse, temperature, and blood pressure. Then we would do a baseline version of the questionnaire.
The questionnaire was 102 true/false statements that we had to agree or disagree with. (7/15)

"I feel hungry." "I feel sleepy." "My nose itches." "I feel as if I could drive all night." "I feel like I've taken a laxative." "I feel at peace with the world and everything in it." "I have been having sneezing spells." And on, and on, and on, for 102 questions. It was honestly kind of hilarious. After that, we'd be ushered back into the vitals room and given Our Drug: four huge, gunmetal-grey capsules to swallow with a bit of orange juice. (8/15)
