@connor_g Some countries have fines based on percentage of income/assets (i.e. if you are much richer the fine is much higher), it is the only way fines can be just.

@connor_g Isn’t he supposed to have made a few billion from this infringement? It’s like robbing a bank for a million dollars and being fined a hundred dollars, payable from your loot, to settle the charges.
