I got a very interesting HŽ timetable. It's dated May 1994 - September 1994, with a note that it may be extended through May 1995. It's also labelled for official use, but otherwise it's identical to public timetables from that time.
It was presumably published with only 4 months of validity because of the then still ongoing war and the expectation that control of railroads may change suddenly. There are a number of empty pages showing stations in Serb occupied territory with no service.

Here's an example of what that looked like in practice. This is the main line between Belgrade and Zagreb. The east portion between Tovarnik and Vinkovci was controlled by the eastern enclave of the Republic of Serbian Krajina. Croatia controlled Vinkovci - Nova Gradiška, but the area between Okučani and Novska was also under Krajina control.
