@ricmac@mastodon.social I was wrecking my brain looking for a case to justify this way to look at UX, as User Experience, as in people using a product or service.
There are very few, most of them as a way to consume public information, as long as the original sources of the information are throughly linked. Chileatiende.cl is very good (and is ux)
This one is great too, as a vertical integration. Give it a good look: transparency in authorship and sources are indispensable.

@wtrmt@mastodon.social very interesting! Thanks for sharing. And yes, UX is definitely about people as the users (per https://www.nngroup.com/articles/definition-user-experience/). In my article, I was using AX to denote the equivalent for agents. My main point wasn't that AX is replacing UX, but that "it's time to go beyond traditional UX," as I put it in the concluding subheader. #YMMV
