The only reason that large US tech companies are (mostly) not on the BDS list is because we collectively struggle to imagine not using them.

@celesteh also gdocs isn't convenient. it requires a log in compared to every pad that just allows you to write proper markdown straight away

@celesteh Convenience means that you can spend resources (as in money and labour) of your NGO on its primary goal, not on hosting and retraining.

@celesteh gods yes - looking at it the other way round, I have come to ask: what values are important enough to me to inconvenience myself over them? And also crucially, what values are important enough to *others* to inconvenience themselves in pursuit of them?
