@celesteh Convenience means that you can spend resources (as in money and labour) of your NGO on its primary goal, not on hosting and retraining.

@Anibyl I absolutely understand why this happens, which is why I'm making annoyed posts here rather than actually harassing any NGOs. There used to be government budget specifically for these kinds of issues.
