@wtrmt@mastodon.social I think we are talking at cross-purposes here. Your criticisms are entirely valid, but not what my article was about. But I appreciate the followup comments — I just get frustrated with generic insults on social media, which tends to especially happen with AI stuff. Anyway, I am glad you explained your concerns.

    @ricmac@mastodon.social I was wrecking my brain looking for a case to justify this way to look at UX, as User Experience, as in people using a product or service. There are very few, most of them as a way to consume public information, as long as the original sources of the information are throughly linked. Chileatiende.cl is very good (and is ux) This one is great too, as a vertical integration.     @wtrmt@mastodon.social And to maybe address one of your points, there are a lot of orgs that *want* their sites to be used by agents, and I believe that will become more and more common. But I do agree that there are issues for many other sites, that revolve around fair compensation for using their content (I am among them, eg my Cybercultural site loses money)
