@ricmac@mastodon.social @ricmac@mastodon.social why involve UX in this? From the stand point of the system doing the funneling, the owners of those systems are responsible for the UX of their users. There are no users, and no experience involved, not for the website that is being funneled. There are no returns either, unless the “agents” are paying for the access, which an API can solve in a better, more structured way for this kind of consumption. As a UX Designer, the whole thing is really problematic.
