Last week, Premier Ford made light of Ontario&#39;s collapsing healthcare system &amp; quipped that Ontarians waiting months for a diagnostic MRI should try their local vet or animal hospital for a faster service. Negative press ensued. This week, the #Toronto Sun plastered a smiling Doug on the front page along with a glowing &quot;healthcare report&quot; by Brian Lilley. Mr. Lilley is the intimate partner of #DougFord’s press secretary, Ivana Yelich. That’s how this works, kids. #ontario #onpoli

Addendum: Today there is a 16 HOUR wait at the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga. Just one of many hospitals with lengthy ER wait times --every single day-- in #DougFord's Ontario. #onpoli #toronto #DougFordIsLyingToYou #NotThePictureOfHealth

@gemelliz@mstdn.ca we are on two separate waiting lists right now. Unsure how long one is but the other is anticipated to be several years. It’s so long that the Sick Kids list is full and we are on the CHEO list. My kid might age out of the system before we can reach the top.
