@WrenArcher@beige.party There are two non-contiguous regions of the USA where women wear high dress boots with a dress. Texas and Louisiana of course, but then I've seen it in Atlanta, Buckhead. Where else are they seen? Oklahoma and dairy country And we kinda have to put norteño culture aside and just consider las gringas. Farm kids up here at the cattle judging.
