The beauty of the UK system in comparison with USA is that there's plenty of parties to choose from, so you can usually vote with your conscience.
So not voting, you may as well be unconscious.
In most recent elections more people didn't vote than voted for the winning candidate, so get out, get your friends out, and vote

@craignicol@glasgow.social that is certainly the case in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where the parliament is elected by proportional representation. Not really the case for the London parliament which is first past the post, although it seems the principal London parties have made such a dog’s breakfast of the last 10 years there may be some surprises at the next UK election
