Course, you CAN make a thing with the audience in mind, this is just to say, you can't depend on that as your only measurement for validation
I feel terrible about those kids

@heatherhorns_lite This is why I like contests that grade on multiple metrics. It allows you to celebrate entries that did very well in a certain aspect, even if it fell short overall. Does way better for validation and improvement than a simple number.
