@OctaviaConAmore@cutie.city @cookingroffa@chaos.social from about 40y of experience: give it a proper diet, reduced sugar, esp. in the evening. Enough sleep and enough time to sleep in. The brain frog is a night owl. It needs people, but it has a firm upper limit of people time per day or week. It needs intellectual stimuli, good books, trashy action movies, and something to be passionate about. And then someone to remind it to rest, take at least one walk every two days and to do sports. I think that sums it up.
