@puzzled there are like 5 different versions of 5G last I recall but in most cities where you have broad deployment of one of the not-just-4G-LTE versions of 5G it is better. Mostly to do with signal stability over just &quot;raw speed.&quot; If you&#39;re moving around you&#39;ll have a better experience with it than you would with 4G only.

@puzzled yeah, I think the &quot;crowded downtown&quot; part can be overstated a bit. It&#39;s fine on a normal working day in most cases, but you&#39;ll still reach for the wifi password in my experience. Especially at festivals or conferences 5G can be okay compared to 4G just not working at all, but I&#39;m not sure that&#39;s really &quot;typical&quot; for most consumers.
