You would think that Valve would know how to harden their servers for a product launch by now.
I did manage to score a Steam Controller, but it took 10 minutes of page refreshing to get my payment to go through. That was using my steam wallet for the transaction too! Its not like it had to hit a CC provider or anything.

@EddiKat As much as I hated it for the steam deck - they really should have done a reserved pre-order. Because 20 minutes of idly clicking "continue" and getting: There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance. Isn't a great customer experience.
