This is what marriage records looked like in Québec in 1916. My ancestor is on this page! (I really don't feel like I'm doxxing myself here 😅)
The handwriting is super difficult for me to read, there are some words I can't figure out, but mostly I can read it, avec difficulté!

@tilton I wonder what kind of data is needed to actually prove to the Canadian government you have ancestors in Canada? Would something that's just hand written pass?
