@ambientspace I'm curious... is half and half a thing over there too? And what's the preference?

@ashnoodle Absolutely! I am very big fan of blending beers from our tap bank into riggers and flagons. And sometimes from tank and packaging blends into cans (Double Ducker, Hoppy Vibes, Full Circus, and others come to mind). I've also had good success with blending for hand-pull beer sales (Little Beast Scotch Ale is a 50:50 blend of our Beast In Show and Shepherd's Ale and has been pouring with enthusiasm down at Little Beer Quarter in Wellington). My choices for blending are informed from good flavour balance and sensible strength. I really like it when two unlikely beers meld and become something greater than the sum of the parts.
