@mlanger@mastodon.world @LillyHerself@mastodon.social Yep! Part of the “lasagna bed” method but repurposed for mulch underlayment.
I was digging up a few rando popup weeds in the mulch we put down out front with the same method last summer and amazingly the cardboard was still there. Though barely.

@User47 @LillyHerself I like the idea of cardboard, because it is plentiful and biodegradable. I will definitely consider it when I'm trying to tame the paths between my beds.
