@StefanEJones @yetiinabox Side note: Gene Wilder was such a remarkable actor that he didn't even need to show his face to make this scene shine. It was all in his voice and the subtle movements of one hand. And it was glorious.

@Soozcat @yetiinabox I saw this movie as a kid, in its initial run, and that scene just seemed profound.
