I walk a weird line at my job of:
WordPress dev
Linux system administrator
Web server administrator
Web designer
Client liaison (liaison to... Myself usually)
WordPress administrator
Project manager
SEO dabbler
Sales and lead gen
In a way, I feel more like I'm on the boundary of tech, marketing, dev, etc... Frustratingly I find I'm undervalued and overworked despite this skillet...
Anyone else out here in the fediverse wear many hats or wore many hats? What did you change?

@zachuorice@social.linux.pizza I felt like this in a past life at a large software company. I wore many hats and was often consulted with on many topics. It got to a point where I grew tired of helping everyone else' career and one day I decided to quit. I then decided I wanted to go back to school and explore the next chapter of my life. It was scary and stressful, but leaving that company was the best thing I ever did and I am excited for what comes next.
